Oven cleaning across Camden, from Hampstead down to Bloomsbury, using the in-van dip-tank method. Single ovens start at £77, seven days a week.
Where we work in Camden
Most weeks we run the length of the Northern line through the borough, from the terraces off Kentish Town Road up to the big period houses near the Heath. The social range here is wider than almost anywhere else we cover. One morning is a two-oven AGA in a Hampstead conservation street; the same afternoon is an integrated single in a rented flat on an ex-council estate off Prince of Wales Road. We work all five districts: NW1, NW3, NW5, NW6 and the WC1 end around Bloomsbury and Holborn.
The kitchens we meet
Camden is not one kind of kitchen. In the Hampstead and Belsize Park conservation areas we get large Victorian and Edwardian houses, many carved into flats, and a fair number of AGAs and Rangemasters in the ones that stayed whole. Primrose Hill runs to pastel stucco terraces with tucked-away galley kitchens. Kentish Town is the real mixture: converted townhouses, loft conversions, and estates like Bacton and Ingestre Road where the flats have compact integrated ovens. Bloomsbury adds mansion-block flats and a lot of lettings.
How the dip-tank clean works
The racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out and go into a heated tank in the van to soak. Inside your kitchen we degrease the cavity, the fan cover and the door glass by hand with non-caustic products, so no chemical smell is left in the room afterwards. Where the door design allows, we split it to reach between the panes of glass. The oven is heat-tested and signed off before we leave. A single takes about ninety minutes; a double runs to roughly two hours.
Parking and access
Parking is a real part of the job in Camden. The whole borough sits under controlled parking zones, each one coded CA- and a letter, and since August 2023 the London-wide ULEZ has covered every street here, well beyond the North and South Circular. Our vans meet the standard, so ULEZ is our problem, never yours. Some Hampstead lanes are steep and narrow, so parts get carried further to the van. One more reason the tank lives on board.
Prices
Prices are fixed and quoted on the phone, and there is no premium-area surcharge, so a single oven in a Hampstead house costs the same £77 as one in a Kentish Town flat. There is no call-out fee anywhere inside the Circulars.

End-of-tenancy work
A large share of our Camden bookings are move-outs. Kentish Town and Bloomsbury churn hard with rented flats, and letting agents around Fortess Road expect the oven spotless for the check-out. It is often the one thing that decides the deposit. If you are handing keys back, the fixed price list is what an inventory clerk will hold you to, and an oven that reads clean rarely gets queried.
Common questions
Do you charge more in Hampstead or Primrose Hill?
No. The price depends on the appliance, not the postcode. A single oven is £77 whether it sits in a mansion flat or a council flat.
Can you clean an AGA?
Yes. A two-oven AGA is £143. The cast-iron parts and enamel are cleaned without caustic, which is what these cookers need.
Is there a call-out fee?
No, not inside the North and South Circular, which takes in all of Camden.
How long will it take?
A single oven is about ninety minutes. A double is nearer two hours. Add a little for a hob or extractor on the same visit.

What customers tell us
Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
Brilliant clean, my oven looks like brand new. A 5 star clean.
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
