Yes. Carrying racks down to the van and back up is normal for us in these blocks. We only need somewhere to park within a reasonable walk, which in the CA-C zone usually means a pay-by-phone bay.

Will the flat smell of chemicals afterwards?

It should not. The heated tank in the van handles the parts that need strong cleaning. The cavity and glass are degreased by hand with non-caustic products, so there is nothing to air out.

Do you clean the hob and extractor at the same visit?

Yes, if you want them done. A hob is £23–28 depending on type, and an extractor hood is £28. Booking them together saves a second appointment.
