Is there a call-out fee in NW1?
No. There is no call-out fee anywhere inside the North and South Circular, and Camden Town sits well within that.
Can you park on our street on the estate?
Usually yes. On the Regent's Park Estate and the Maiden Lane blocks we use a nearby pay-and-display or shared-use bay and carry the racks to the tank. Tell us the block.
Will the flat smell of chemicals after?
No. The caustic soak stays in the tank in the van. Indoors we use non-caustic products by hand, so there is no lingering smell and you can use the oven straight away.
Do you clean the hob and extractor at the same time?
Yes, and it is cheaper in one visit. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28 added to the oven clean, done while the racks are still in the tank.
