Mornington Crescent curves between Camden High Street and the top of Hampstead Road, and the terraces along it are Regency, mostly cut into flats a long time ago. Walk two minutes east and the picture changes completely.

Ampthill Square Estate replaced Victorian housing in the mid-1960s: three 21-storey towers on the west side, eight six-storey blocks on the east. The red route decides where the van ends up
The A400 is a TfL red route between Euston and Camden Town station. Hampstead Road stops at Mornington Crescent tube and northbound traffic carries on up Camden High Street. Nobody stops on a red route. So the van goes onto Camden controlled parking on the side streets, which is why the floor number is worth mentioning. Euston Road is the northern edge of the Congestion Charge zone, so nothing up here is charged, though ULEZ applies.
