Parking in WC1
Bloomsbury sits under Camden's CA-E controlled parking zone, which runs 8:30 to 6:30 Monday to Saturday and is tight on spaces, roughly 305 resident permits chase 375 bays, so on a weekday the streets around the squares fill early. We plan the parking around it. Many of the mansion blocks have a porter who can point us to a loading bay, which makes carrying racks to the van far quicker. Give us the block name and flat number when you book.
Can you do an end-of-tenancy clean at short notice in the summer?

Do you clean ovens in the halls of residence?
Yes, in the self-catered flats and shared kitchens. If a warden or agent needs to grant access, let them know the time and we will meet them there.
Will the flat smell of chemicals afterwards?
No. The caustic soaking is done in the tank in the van. Indoors we use only non-caustic products by hand.
Is there a lift in the mansion blocks, or do you carry parts down?
It varies by block. Where there is no lift we carry the racks and trays down to the van ourselves. It adds a little time and nothing to the price.
Said after the sign-off
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Once again a great job guys, I will see you in a couple of months.
