- Booking and Payment
2.1 By booking a service via the Website or over the phone, you agree to pay the price quoted at the time of booking.
2.2 The quoted price is based on the information you provide us. If this information is incorrect or incomplete, we reserve the right to amend the price.
2.3 Full payment must be made upon completion of the service. We accept cash, credit/debit card payments, and bank transfers.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
3.1 You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer a full refund or reschedule the service at a mutually agreed time.
- Our Services
4.1 Our cleaning services are performed to the highest standards. However, we cannot guarantee the removal of certain ingrained stains or marks.
4.2 We will provide all necessary cleaning supplies unless otherwise agreed.
4.3 If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please notify us within 24 hours of completion of the service. We will re-clean the areas or items in question free of charge.
- Liability
5.1 We will not be liable for any pre-existing damage to your property that is not caused by our negligence.
5.2 We will not be responsible for the discolouration of fabrics that become more visible once dirt has been removed.
5.3 Any claim for damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of completion of the service. Failure to do so will invalidate the claim.

6.1 Any personal data we collect from you will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
