These terms cover bookings with London Oven Cleaners Ltd ("we", "us") made by phone or through londonovencleaners.co.uk. Booking a job means you accept them. Last updated 3 July 2026.
Prices and quotes
The price we agree on the phone or by call-back is fixed and is what appears on the invoice. It relies on what you tell us: if the appliance on the day is materially different from what was described (a range instead of a single, say), we re-quote before starting, and you are free to decline at no charge. Published prices apply inside the North and South Circular; outer London by arrangement.
Payment
Payment is due when the job is finished and you have inspected it. We take card, cash and bank transfer. Agencies and landlords can arrange invoicing on account.
Cancelling or moving a booking
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the slot. Inside 24 hours we may charge a cancellation fee. If we ever have to cancel on you, you choose between a full refund of anything paid and the next slot that suits.
The work itself
We clean to the standard shown across this site: parts tank-soaked, surfaces hand-finished, the appliance reassembled, heat-tested and shown to you before we leave. Some damage predates us; burnt-in discolouration, worn enamel and perished seals do not always come back, and we will point those out rather than promise miracles. Tell us within 24 hours if something is not right and we return to put it right.
Access and safety
We need parking near enough to ferry parts to the van, a working socket, and the appliance cool on arrival (AGAs switched off the night before). Gas connections are never disconnected or refitted by us.
Liability
We carry public liability insurance and make good any damage we cause. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
The legal bits
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any clause turns out unenforceable, the rest stand. How we handle your personal data is in the privacy policy.
