The Midland Railway flattened most of Agar Town from 1866 to build warehouses feeding St Pancras station, so the neighbourhood you book us to is not really the one on the old maps. Camden's King's Cross controlled parking zone is CA-D, and the surrounding zones each run their own hours, which is the sort of detail that decides whether a job starts at nine or at twenty past. Barker Drive is a no-through route, so there is no drifting past to find a gap. Agar Town sits north of Euston Road, outside the Congestion Charge zone. ULEZ applies and the van is compliant. Is this any good for an end-of-tenancy check?
Yes, and it is most of what we do in WC1. Racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out and soak. The glass gets split where the door design allows, which is what inventory clerks look at first.
Do you need to use my kitchen sink?
No. The tank is in the van and the water comes with it. Small Elm Village kitchens go easier if we work out of our own kit rather than round your worktop.
Will it smell afterwards?
It should not. Nothing caustic goes in the flat, and the products we use by hand on the cavity, fan cover and glass do not leave a fume behind them.
How long does it take?
About ninety minutes for a single, roughly two hours for a double. The oven is switched on and heat-tested before we sign it off and leave.
