Affordable blocks stand in the estate's north-east corner, beside York Way. The census area that covers most of the estate, Camden 022F, had 736 households in 2021, and 97.1% of them lived in purpose-built flats. 34.9% rented from a housing association or similar social landlord and 5.3% were shared owners, against 0.8% across Camden, while 32.9% rented privately and 22.6% owned outright or with a mortgage.

Getting a van into the estate
King's Cross Central is owned and controlled by a single partnership, the King's Cross Central Limited Partnership. In Camden's parking-zone data, points around Granary Square, Handyside Street and the Gasholders fall outside every council zone; the zones resume at the Pancras Square end, in CA-G. Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
