Where we work
Most Lambeth jobs fall into two camps. How the clean works
We use the dip-tank method. The racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out and soak in a heated tank in the van, while the cavity, the fan cover and the door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products. There is no caustic smell left after, which matters in a small flat where the kitchen opens onto the living room. Where the door design allows, we split it to reach the film between the panes. Then the oven is heat-tested and signed off before we leave.

Parking and the van
Parking is a real part of the working day here.
