The strip of Wandsworth Road between the National Trust house at number 575 and the overground station is where our SW8 work divides in two. On one side are the Victorian terraces around Larkhall Park, plenty of them converted into flats, with older freestanding cookers and the odd fitted double. No caustic smell in a flat where the kitchen opens onto the living room.

Parking along Wandsworth Road
Wandsworth Road is a busy through-route and Lambeth controls parking along most of it. The van goes on a pay bay or a permit side street off the main road while the racks are carried in. The new blocks sometimes have visitor parking on site, which is the easy version. Larkhall streets are tighter.

Yes. A single oven is £77 whether it is integrated or freestanding. Integrated ovens are usually a bit quicker because the size is standard.
Can you fit around a build-to-rent check-out date?
We work seven days a week, so we can normally match a fixed move-out date. Tell us the date and we will hold the slot.
Do you clean the hob and oven together?
Yes. A hob is £23–28 on top of the oven. In the small new-flat kitchens people often do both while we are set up.
Is there a call-out charge to Wandsworth Road?
No. SW8 is inside the North and South Circular, so there is no call-out fee. You pay for the appliance only.
