Parking around Lower Marsh
Parking is tight near the station. The Lambeth control here runs 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, and the streets off Lower Marsh and The Cut are permit-only and narrow, so we carry the racks to the van rather than blocking a bay for two hours. It is inside the North and South Circular, so no call-out fee.

Yes, and it is most of what we do near the station. Book seven days a week and we will heat-test and sign the oven off so it passes the check.
My flat is a new-build with an integrated single. Any different?
Same £77, about ninety minutes. Integrated singles are the common oven in the river-side and Cut developments, and the dip tank handles them fine.
Will there be a smell in a small cottage kitchen?
No. The caustic soak stays in the van. Indoors it is non-caustic products by hand, which is why the Roupell Street cottages are no problem.
Is there a call-out fee in SE1?
No. Waterloo is inside the North and South Circular, so no call-out fee.
