What we do with the racks and the cavity
On a range or a standard oven, the shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in a heated tank inside the van, parked on the driveway most houses here have. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products. No caustic smell is left behind. We heat-test the oven and sign it off before leaving. A single oven runs about ninety minutes; a double closer to two hours; a big range longer still.
Parking, driveways and the Dulwich Estate
Access here is easier than in inner Lambeth. The houses towards the College have driveways, so the van sits off-road and the racks go straight to the tank. Croxted Road marks the boundary between Southwark and Lambeth, so which council runs the parking depends on the exact address. Many freeholds sit under the Dulwich Estate Scheme of Management, which governs what owners may alter to the house, though it has no bearing on us cleaning an oven inside.

Arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor. They look like new now and for a very reasonable price too.
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
