Streatham runs long. The high road is one of the longest in south London, and the 1930s Art Deco mansion blocks that line it are full of flats with a single built-in oven, which is a straightforward ninety-minute clean. Step off the high road and the picture changes. The Telford Park estate holds Victorian and Edwardian Arts and Crafts houses, detached and semi-detached, and those bigger kitchens are where a range cooker or the occasional two-oven AGA turns up.

How the clean works
The racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in a heated tank in the van. Indoors, the cavity, the fan cover and the door glass are degreased by hand with non-caustic products, and the door is split where the design allows. No caustic smell is left in the kitchen, and the oven is heat-tested and signed off before we leave.
Sharers and move-outs
Streatham has a lot of shared and rented housing, HMO-licensed sharer flats among it, running through Streatham Hill, Leigham Court and Telford Park. That means a steady flow of end-of-tenancy oven cleans where the appliance has to match the inventory at check-out. A clean oven is one of the simplest ways to protect a deposit.
Parking off the high road
Parking is part of the day here. Streatham Hill runs two controlled parking zones, the 'M' to the east and the 'G' to the west, and the whole of SW16 sits inside the London-wide ULEZ. Near Streatham Common station and the top of the high road the van often parks a short walk off. That is fine. The parts go to the tank and back either way.

Yes. A two-oven AGA is £143. It is a longer clean, and we work through both ovens, the plates and the enamel by hand.
Is it a caustic clean?
No. The parts soak in the van and the cavity is done by hand with non-caustic products, so there is no smell in the flat afterwards.
Can you do an end-of-tenancy oven for a sharer flat?
Yes, and it is a frequent Streatham booking. We clean to inventory standard so it passes the check-out.
Can you park near the high road?
Usually close enough. If the 'M' or 'G' zone bays are full we park nearby and carry the parts, which does not change the price.
