What the dip-tank method means on a first-floor flat
Racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and go down to the heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand upstairs with non-caustic products, which is the reason the flat does not smell of chemicals afterwards, and the door comes apart for the inner glass where the design allows it. We work seven days. Evening and weekend slots exist, though the High Street gets busy from Thursday on, so earlier in the day is easier for parking.

Yes. A hob is £23–28 on top of the oven price. Say so when you ring and it goes on the quote.
Will the smell put my tenants off moving in?
No. The products used indoors are non-caustic, and the caustic side of the work stays in the sealed tank in the van.
Is there a lift?
Usually not, above a shop. Stairs are fine, we just need to know the floor when you book.
