Most of our Yiewsley work splits two ways: the 1930s and post-war terraces on the roads between the High Street and Horton Road, and the newer apartment blocks going up on the old industrial land near the canal. How the dip-tank clean works
The racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out to the van and soak in a heated tank there, sealed away from your kitchen. Inside the house we degrease the cavity, the fan cover and the door glass by hand with non-caustic products, so nothing is left smelling of chemicals when we finish. Where the door design allows it, we split the door and clean the inner pane too. Then the oven gets heat-tested and signed off. A single is about ninety minutes; a double closer to two hours.
Parking near the High Street and the canal
Parking is the part that shapes the working day in UB7, not the ovens. West Drayton station sits at the southern end of Yiewsley High Street on the Elizabeth line, so the roads close to it fill early and some carry Hillingdon parking controls in the daytime. The newer flats on Trout Road and the blocks by the Grand Union Canal often have restricted resident bays, which matters because parts of your oven ferry to the van and back. Yiewsley is inside the ULEZ, our vans are compliant, and that charge never reaches your bill. Tell us the road when you book.

Common questions
Do you clean the integrated ovens in the new Yiewsley flats?
Yes, plenty of them. The integrated singles in the canal-side blocks slide out on their runners, we clean the back and sides, refit and heat-test. That is the £77 job.
Will there be a chemical smell after?
No. The caustic soaking happens in the sealed tank out in the van. Indoors we work by hand with non-caustic products, so you can cook the same evening.
Can you park near West Drayton station?
Usually. The controlled roads at the south end of the High Street mean we plan where the van goes, but that is our problem to sort, not yours. Just give us the road name.
Do you work weekends in Yiewsley?
Seven days a week. Saturday slots in UB7 go first, so a couple of days notice helps if the weekend is what you need.
