The racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in the heated tank in the van, while the cavity, fan cover and glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so a flat with no open windows is left with no chemical smell. A single takes about ninety minutes.
End-of-tenancy ovens between lets
The rental churn here is high, and letting agents across the estate book oven cleans between tenants because the oven is one of the first things an inventory clerk checks. Parking and lift access on the estate
Resident parking on the estate is tight and much of it is undercroft or permit-only, with a Zipcar bay rather than open kerb space, so tell us the block and whether there is a lift when you book. Woolwich station on the Elizabeth line opened here in 2022, so these flats turn over fast. The area is inside the London-wide ULEZ, and our vans meet the standard.
