Thomas Courtenay Warner inherited his father's Walthamstow land in 1875, registered The Warner Estate Co. Ltd. in 1891 and built through to about 1914, and the type he left behind is the local signature: a two-storey terrace in yellow brick with red detailing, split into an upper and a lower maisonette, each with its own front door. It means two separate kitchens inside what looks from the street like one house. They are usually narrow, often in a back addition, and the cooker is commonly a freestanding 60cm or a built-under single, so £77 and about ninety minutes covers most of them. My kitchen is tiny and there is nowhere to put the racks. Where do you work?
Outside. That is the point of the tank being in the van. Your worktop stays clear and only the cavity, fan cover and door glass are done indoors, by hand.
I am upstairs in a half-house with my own front door. Any issue getting to it?
None. We carry the parts down and back up. Just tell us it is the upper flat when you ring so we know before we arrive.
Do you use caustic products in the house?
Never indoors. The caustic stays in the sealed tank in the van, and the products we bring inside are non-caustic, so there is no chemical smell afterwards.

Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
