The junction changed shape in 2019
It was a roundabout until the 2017 to 2019 rebuild turned it into a traffic-light T-junction with cycle lanes, which is worth knowing if you are directing a van to a house on the Whipps Cross Road side. E11 is inside the North Circular. No call-out fee.
