Most of our Westminster work sits in the purpose-built blocks along Marsham Street and Horseferry Road, places like Romney House, its 346 flats behind a 1930s Grade II frontage, and Marsham Court up the road. These are lift-access flats with a concierge desk to sign in at, which is why the dip-tank method suits them. No. The parts that soak do that in the tank outside. Inside the flat we use non-caustic products by hand on the cavity, fan cover and glass, so you can use the oven the same evening.
Is there a surcharge for a central SW1 postcode?
No. Single £77, double £110, the same as anywhere inside the North and South Circular, no call-out fee. Parking and permits are our problem, not a line on your bill.
