Ickenham Park, the estate on the former RAF West Ruislip site off High Road, Ickenham, is listed in Hillingdon's 2009-10 monitoring report under "RAF West Ruislip/Blenheim Crescent", a scheme of 415 homes beside the station.

The council's section 106 records list it under one planning reference, 38402/APP/2007/1072, as "R.A.F West Ruislip (Ickenham Park)", and note money paid towards looking after the playing fields that came with it. Cala Homes developed it; a February 2010 newspaper report described four- and five-bedroom houses, two-bedroom flats and mansion-style apartments set among mature trees. Its UB10 8F postcodes were issued between 2010 and 2018, just south of the station.
Flats are the main home here. The figures below are a sum of five small Census areas (output areas) that take in the new streets along with some older homes beside them. In 2021 they held 678 households; 30.1% rented privately and 4.4% were in shared ownership. By accommodation type, 411 of the 675 households counted (60.9%) lived in a purpose-built block of flats.
Fitted kitchens from 2010 onwards
New homes of this age usually came with fitted kitchens: a built-in oven in the units, a separate hob in the worktop and a hood above it. Grease from the hob collects in the hood filter as well as the oven, so the three can be done in one visit; a single oven with hob and extractor together is £117, and a double with both is £143. Zones WR1 and WR2 near the station
The West Ruislip parking scheme has two residents' zones. WR1 takes in Blenheim Crescent, Lysander Road, Beaufort Road and Cordingley Road, with permit bays from 9am to 5pm, mostly Monday to Friday. WR2, on Chichester Avenue, Wood Lane and Whitstable Close, is permit-only for two short spells on weekdays, 9.30am to 10.30am and 3.30pm to 4.30pm. Those hours come from the draft order in the council's 5 February 2025 notice, so the plate by each bay is the final word. A resident can cover the van with a visitor voucher (the same notice gave the first ten visitors a year as free).

Both. The houses north of the station, on Breakspear Road South and Sharps Lane, are in Ruislip ward with HA4 postcodes; Ickenham Park, south of it, is UB10 and part of Ickenham and South Harefield ward. The village itself is on our Ickenham page.
