A big share of our UB7 work is the Drayton Garden Village estate, which Inland Homes built on the old RAF West Drayton air-traffic site and opened in October 2011. Those homes were designed to look 1930s, but the kitchens inside are new-build stock, mostly integrated single ovens fitted flush into the units. How the dip-tank clean runs
The racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out to the van and soak in a heated tank there. Inside your kitchen we degrease the cavity, the fan cover and the door glass by hand with non-caustic products, so nothing is left smelling of chemicals when we finish. Where the door design allows it, we split the door and clean the inner pane too. Then the oven gets heat-tested and signed off. A single is about ninety minutes; a double runs closer to two hours.
Parking and the walk to the van
Parking is the operational headache here, not the ovens. Hillingdon runs several parking management schemes around the station, so the streets on the eastern side of Station Road, Warwick Road, Brandville Road and Bellclose Road are permit-controlled in the daytime, and Porters Way further south sits in its own zone. West Drayton is inside the ULEZ, and our vans are compliant, so that never shows up on your bill. Tell us the road when you book and we sort the parking side of it.

Yes, that is a lot of what we do in UB7. The integrated single ovens on that estate slide out on runners, we clean the back and sides properly, then refit and heat-test. It is the £77 job.
Is there a chemical smell afterwards?
No. The caustic soaking happens in the sealed tank out in the van. Indoors we work by hand with non-caustic products, so you can cook the same evening.
Can you park near the station?
Usually. The permit zones around Station Road mean we plan where the van goes, but that is our problem to solve, not yours. Just give us the road name when you book.
Do you work weekends in West Drayton?
