Can you clean an integrated oven in a Quintain flat?
Yes. The oven stays in its housing. We take out racks, shelves, trays and side runners, soak them in the heated tank in the van, and hand-degrease the cavity, fan cover and glass indoors.
Will the flat smell of chemicals afterwards?
No. The caustic side of the job happens in the van tank. Indoors we use non-caustic products only.
Do you need a parking permit from me?
On a normal day, no. On an event day inside the protective scheme, tell us when you book and we will pick a slot that works.
Is end-of-tenancy work different?
Same clean, same price. Letting agents around Wembley Park usually want the hob and extractor hood done at the same time, which adds £23–28 and £28.
