The Danson side of Welling
South of the High Street the housing changes. The neighbouring census area (Bexley 016A), which takes in the other half of the High Street and runs south towards Danson Park, had 599 households at the 2021 Census: 77.3% in a semi and 15.5% in a detached house, and 89.1% owned their home, 50.3% outright.
