Parking and the CPZ
Queens Road sits in a permit zone. The Village North controlled parking zone came in across these streets on 17 October 2025, so we drop the racks, shelves and trays into the heated tank in the van and carry them out while the cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors, which keeps the caustic smell out of your kitchen. All of E17 is inside the ULEZ and our van meets it, so there is no charge for that and no premium for the area.
Do you cover both flats in a Warner maisonette?
Yes. Each flat is its own booking with its own oven, so a landlord letting an upper and a lower usually books two single cleans on the same visit.
Where do you park on Queens Road?
We use a resident or pay-and-display bay near the job and display our details. The Village North permit zone covers these streets, so tell us the nearest cross street when you call and we sort the rest.
How long does a single oven take?
About ninety minutes. A double runs closer to two hours because there are more shelves and trays to soak in the tank.
Is there a call-out fee in E17?
No. Queens Road is inside the North Circular, so there is no call-out fee and no premium-area surcharge on the price.
