Walbrook contained three households and three residents at the 2011 census. Three people, three homes, so each of them lives alone. This is the ward that holds the Mansion House and part of the Bank of England, that gave its name to the buried river whose valley you can still feel in the road when you walk down from Bank towards Cannon Street, and that has a resident population you could seat at one small table with room for the teapot.
There is almost nothing residential in Walbrook
We are not going to write you a page about family kitchens here, because there are none. No premium for the postcode and no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular. If you have inherited a converted flat with two cavities in a stack, a double oven clean off Cannon Street is £110 and takes about two hours.
The tank stays outside, the hand work happens inside
Racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out and soak in a heated dip tank in the van. The cavity, the fan cover and the door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, and the door is split where the design allows it. Then it goes back together, gets heat-tested, and gets signed off.

No. Domestic ovens only, wherever the flat happens to be.

What we bring indoors is non-caustic and there is no lingering smell. The caustic tank never comes out of the van.

Yes. Weekends are ordinary working days for us and around Bank they are the quieter ones.
