A growing share of our Uxbridge work is the flats at St Andrew's Park, the new community of around 1,300 homes built on the former RAF Uxbridge base beside the River Pinn, right on the edge of the town centre. What the dip-tank clean covers
The racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out to the van and soak in a heated tank there, so the caustic part of the job stays sealed away from your kitchen. Indoors we degrease the cavity, the fan cover and the door glass by hand with non-caustic products, which is why there is no chemical smell after we finish. Where the door allows it, we split it and clean the inner pane. Then the oven is heat-tested and signed off. A single is about ninety minutes; a double closer to two hours.
Parking around the town centre
Parking is the real constraint in central UB8, not the ovens. Uxbridge tube on the High Street is the terminus of both the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines, so the streets around The Pavilions and the Cedars and Grainges car parks are pay-and-display or short-stay, and the flats above the shops rarely come with a resident bay. That matters because parts of your oven ferry to the van and back. St Andrew's Park has its own basement and surface parking, which is easier. Uxbridge is inside the ULEZ, our vans are compliant, and that charge never lands on your bill.

Do you clean the integrated ovens at St Andrew's Park?
Yes, that is a big part of what we do in UB8. The integrated singles in those blocks slide out on their runners, we clean the back and sides, refit and heat-test. It is the £77 job.
Is there a chemical smell afterwards?
No. The caustic soaking happens in the sealed tank out in the van. Indoors we work by hand with non-caustic products, so you can cook the same evening.
Where do you park for a flat above the shops?
We plan it around the pay-and-display and the short-stay bays near The Pavilions. The parking side is our problem to sort, not yours. Just give us the road name.
Are you working weekends in Uxbridge?
Seven days a week. Saturday slots in UB8 fill first, so a couple of days notice helps if the weekend is what you need.
