Will the oven pass the inventory check?
That is the point of the clean. We take the cooker back to a state the letting agent will sign off, racks and glass included. If years of burnt-on has permanently stained old enamel, we say so on the day.
Do you clean the hob and extractor as well?
Yes. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28. In a shared kitchen they usually need it as much as the oven does.
Can several housemates book one visit?
