The D3 zone sets the clock
Upper Tooting Road is the A24 and forms the northern edge of Wandsworth's D2 and D3 sub-zones. D3 covers Tooting Bec and runs two ways: 9.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday with a four-hour visitor limit on some streets, and 9.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Saturday with a two-hour limit on others. Pay and display on Upper Tooting Road is £3.70 an hour with a two-hour maximum, which does not cover a double oven. So the side streets it is.

Yes. Fixed on the phone, no premium-area surcharge, no call-out fee inside the South Circular.
Can you do the extractor at the same visit?
Yes, £28 for the hood. Worth mentioning when you book, because it adds time and the D3 clock is unforgiving.
What about the racks in a range cooker?
They come out to the tank like everything else. A 90cm range has more parts than a single, which is part of why it is £114.
