Why a new oven still needs a clean
People assume a pyrolytic oven cleans itself and never needs a hand. It burns the cavity floor to ash, but the door glass, the fan cover and the racks are left out of that cycle, so grease still builds there. We take the racks, shelves, trays and side runners out to soak in the heated tank in the van, then degrease the glass and cavity by hand indoors with non-caustic products, and there is no chemical smell in a small new-build kitchen afterwards. A single oven is about ninety minutes.
Build-to-rent and tenancy ends
A large share of these towers is build-to-rent, so tenancies turn over on a schedule and the managing agent expects the oven spotless at check-out. When a tenant hands the keys back at a block like Ferry Island or Lock 17, the inventory clerk marks the oven, and we heat-test it and sign it off before we leave. If you are timing a move, our fixed price list makes the end-of-tenancy cost easy to budget with no surprises.

My flat has a pyrolytic oven. Is it worth cleaning?
Yes. The self-clean cycle skips the door glass, fan cover and racks, which is exactly what we do by hand. Plenty of the newest kitchens here still need it.
Can you clean the induction hob and extractor too?
Yes, in the same visit. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28, on top of the oven price.
Do you cover the older streets away from the towers?
Yes. The Victorian houses back towards Tottenham Green and the retail park often have a freestanding cooker, and we clean those the same way.
How long does a build-to-rent check-out clean take?
A single oven is about ninety minutes and a double around two hours, and it is usable straight after the heat test.
