Syon Abbey was founded on this ground in 1415 and took its name from Mount Zion in Jerusalem, was dissolved in 1539, and had its foundations rediscovered in 2003. The abbey came first. What stands there now is Syon House, remodelled inside and out by Robert Adam in the mid-eighteenth century while Capability Brown re-landscaped the park around it, and it has been the Percy family seat for over 400 years.

Arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor. They look like new now and for a very reasonable price too.
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
