Oven cleaning in Sutton West and across SM1, dip-tank method, seven days a week, prices fixed on the phone and single ovens starting at £77.
The housing changes street by street here
The Landseer Road Conservation Area was designated in 1992 and covers 138 properties across nine hectares, mostly late-Victorian and Edwardian detached and semi-detached villas with mature trees and grass verges, sitting on the stretch between Sutton town centre and Cheam Village. Houses that size tend to have had the kitchen knocked through at some point, which is where a double oven or a range ends up. Cross Grove Road and it changes again. The Grove Avenue Conservation Area went up as a private estate in the 1920s or early 1930s, blocks of four maisonettes each, still carrying their iron-framed windows and original gate piers. Cheam Road itself is mostly flats. Small kitchen, one integrated single oven, ninety minutes.
If one of the bigger houses has been extended and a Rangemaster went in, that is a 90cm range cooker at £114 rather than a single at £77. Worth saying on the phone.
- Dip-tank method
- Racks, shelves, trays and side runners come out and soak in a heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so nothing caustic is used in your kitchen.
- End of tenancy oven clean
- The same clean, timed for a check-out inventory. The oven is heat-tested and signed off before we leave.
Parking in SM1 runs on vouchers
Every household inside a Sutton CPZ gets 50 hours of visitor permits free, and extra books of 100 hours cost £69. A spare hour on yours shortens the carry from the van to the door. If you have not got one, the technician deals with it. The borough is inside the ULEZ and our van is compliant, which changes nothing about your price.

Common questions from SM1
Can you get to a maisonette on an upper floor?
Yes. The parts travel down to the tank in the van and back up. It adds a few minutes to the job, not to the bill.
Will the kitchen smell afterwards?
It should not. The caustic side of the work happens outside in the tank. What goes on indoors is non-caustic, which matters in a flat where the window opens onto Cheam Road.
Do you charge extra for the conservation-area streets?
No. There is no premium-area surcharge anywhere we work, so Landseer Road pays what the flats do.
How do you know the oven still works when you go?
It gets heat-tested and signed off in front of you. If a door seal or a bulb has given up, you will hear about it then rather than at check-out.

Reviews from our rounds
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
Arrived promptly and did a great job cleaning the oven, hob and extractor. They look like new now and for a very reasonable price too.
Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
