Most of our calls here sit along the A225 Main Road and the lanes running off it, Ship Lane and Hawley Road down towards the M25 junction. Parking and the van
Sutton-at-Hone sits outside the London ULEZ boundary, so there is no daily charge on the van when we drive out here from town. Parking is the easy part. Most houses have a driveway or a verge, and there is no controlled parking zone through the village, so ferrying racks back to the tank takes seconds. The National Trust's St John's Jerusalem sits just off the A225, and the lanes around it stay quiet enough to pull the van right up.

Do you cover the rest of DA4 and Dartford?
Yes. We work Sutton-at-Hone, Hawley, Farningham Road and across Dartford seven days a week, so a weekend slot is usually fine.
Will the oven smell of chemicals after?
No. The caustic soak happens in the van tank; indoors we use non-caustic products by hand, and the oven is heat-tested before we leave.
Can you do the hob and extractor in the same visit?
Yes. We add a hob for £23–28 and an extractor hood for £28 while we are there, which saves a second trip.
My cooker is a freestanding range near Main Road, can you take it on?
We do. Freestanding ranges are common in the older village houses, and a 90cm range is £114 including both ovens.
