Sundridge Park is one of the greener corners of BR1, and a lot of our work here is the big detached houses on Garden Road and Sundridge Avenue, some of them Arts and Crafts places going back to 1898. How we clean a standard oven
Racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in a heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors, so there is no chemical smell after. We heat-test the oven before leaving. About ninety minutes for a single, two hours for a double.
Parking and access
Most of the roads off Plaistow Lane and around Plaistow Green have driveways, so parking near the door is rarely the problem it is elsewhere in Bromley, though the shopping parade by Sundridge Park station gets tight at peak times. On the big houses the walk from the kitchen to the van can be the longer part, since every rack, shelf and AGA plate is carried out to the tank and back.
