Sunbury has two centres about a mile apart: Lower Sunbury, which people here call the village, sitting on the north bank of the Thames, and Sunbury Common, known locally as Sunbury Cross, which wraps around the railway station and the London end of the M3.
The 1965 line missed it
Sunbury was in Middlesex, and when Greater London was drawn up in 1965 this town was pencilled in for it. It went to Surrey instead. Georgian on Thames Street, interwar behind it
The conservation area runs mostly along Thames Street and is Georgian and early Victorian, with the pubs that tend to come with a river frontage. Behind it and north towards the Cross the stock turns to interwar and postwar houses, bungalows and newer riverside builds. That spread means a kitchen here might hold a freestanding range in a period house or an integrated single in a modern flat, so it helps to say which when you ring, because racks, shelves, trays and side runners have to come out to the heated tank in the van and the walk from the door matters. The walled garden predates most of the town
The walled garden in Sunbury Park was built early in the 18th century, on ground where a Tudor manor house had stood for Yetsweirt, a courtier of Elizabeth I. Spelthorne began restoring the two acres in the autumn of 1985 and the Sunbury Millennium Embroidery Gallery sits in it now. It is free to walk into.

Only as far as the van. They soak in the heated tank at your kerb and come back into the kitchen when they are done.
Is anything sprayed inside the house?
The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand with non-caustic products. No fumes and no smell afterwards.

Nice hardworking lads that always do a good job. We used them for our old flat when moving out and for the new one now, both jobs were done very professionally. My wife is very impressed with the results and would recommend them to friends and family.
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
