Two stations sit within a couple of minutes of each other on Greenford Road here: Sudbury Hill Harrow on the Chiltern line and Sudbury Hill tube on the Piccadilly line Uxbridge branch. That stretch of the A4005 is the spine of our work, from the terraces near the tube station down towards North Greenford. Most of the housing is Edwardian and 1930s, so we see a lot of single built-in ovens and freestanding cookers rather than integrated ranges.
How the clean works
A single oven is £77 and takes about ninety minutes. The racks, shelves and side runners come out and soak in the heated tank in the van, then the cavity, fan cover and door glass are hand-degreased indoors with non-caustic products. No fumes, no chemical smell after, and the oven is heat-tested before we sign it off. A double runs £110 and about two hours.
Parking and the Ealing border
The tube station sits right on the Harrow and Ealing boundary near the Whitton Avenue junction, so a job on one side of Greenford Road can be Harrow and the other Ealing. Greenford Road is busy and part of it is a red route, so we park on the side turnings and carry parts to the van. Whole area is inside ULEZ and our van is compliant, so no surcharge for that.

Do you cover the Greenford UB6 side too?
Yes. Sudbury Hill runs straight into North Greenford, so we work the UB6 streets south of the station as well as HA1, HA2 and HA0.
Is the price higher because there are two stations and it is busy?
No. Same fixed price as anywhere inside the Circulars. Busy roads are our problem, not yours.
Can you fit in an end-of-tenancy clean?
Usually within a day or two. The flats around the tube station change tenants often, and we keep slots for changeovers.
The freestanding cookers in the older HA1 terraces are the ones with the worst runner grease, so we allow for that on the phone.
