Getting into the blocks on the day
Access is the real operational fact here. East Village was built low on parking, the towers around Chobham Academy and International Way sit above podium levels, and a technician often has a walk from a visitor bay through a residents lobby before the tank and kit even reach the lift. Tell us the block, the floor and the lift when you book. All of Newham is inside the ULEZ, and our vans meet the standard.
My flat has an integrated oven behind a cabinet door. Can you still clean it?
Yes. That is the standard job in E20. We slide it out where the design allows, clean the cavity, fan cover and glass by hand, and refit it.
Is the oven safe to use straight after?
Yes. We heat-test it and sign it off before leaving, and the non-caustic products leave nothing to air out in a sealed flat.
Do you clean the induction hob and the extractor as well?
Yes. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28, added to the oven price.
Do you cover the older E15 flats near Stratford station too, not just E20?
We do. Those blocks are mostly single integrated ovens as well, so the £77 clean applies there too.
