Most of our Stratford work is the new-build flats. The towers around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park went up fast, and East Village at E20, the former Athletes' Village turned into thousands of managed rental homes on streets like Celebration Avenue and Cheering Lane, sits next to stock that could hardly be more different, because behind the station the Carpenters Estate still stands, its three 1967 towers of James Riley Point, Lund Point and Dennison Point over Carpenters Road. What we find in E15 and E20
A flat in Manhattan Loft Gardens or Glasshouse Gardens holds a built-in single oven, an induction or ceramic hob and a flush-fitted hood. Over on the Maryland side, the Victorian terraces off Leyton Road more often have a freestanding cooker or a fitted double. The single is the £77 job. On the integrated units the door splits where the design allows, so the hob and hood are done in the same visit.

The cavity, fan cover and inner door glass are done by hand indoors with non-caustic products, which is why a compact tower kitchen that opens straight onto the living space keeps no chemical smell once the oven is rebuilt, heat-tested and signed off. End of tenancy near the park
Stratford turns tenants over quickly. East Village alone runs more than 2,400 furnished homes to rent through one operator, and short lets around Westfield keep the check-out schedule busy, so the end-of-tenancy oven clean is our steadiest booking in E20. Prices are fixed on the phone with no surcharge for an E15 or E20 address, so a flat by the park pays the same as a terrace on the Maryland side. Range cookers and AGAs are rare in the new blocks.
Getting the van close
Parts ferry to the tank, so a spot near the door matters. The Carpenters Estate roads and the terraces off Leyton Road are reachable, but Stratford High Street is a red route and the streets by the station and Westfield are permit-controlled and busy. The multi-storey off Great Eastern Road takes the van when the kerb is full. Stratford sits inside the ULEZ. Give us the block name or road when you book.

Do you cover the East Village and Olympic Park towers?
Yes, they are most of our E20 work. The single oven with the hob and built-in extractor in one visit is the usual booking, and there is no surcharge for a park-side address.
Will the clean leave a smell in a small flat?
No. Only the removable parts go in the tank. The cavity and door glass are degreased by hand with non-caustic products, so nothing lingers in an open-plan kitchen.
Can you do an end-of-tenancy clean for a check-out?
Yes. The oven is heat-tested and signed off so it passes the inventory. On a built-in single that is £77, and we book those seven days a week.
