The 1970s concrete slab blocks and towers that once defined the Stonebridge estate were pulled down between 2000 and 2010 and rebuilt as a street layout of two and three-storey houses with four-storey flats around the corners. Parking and access
The North Circular, the A406, runs along the western edge, and Stonebridge sits inside the ULEZ, though our vans meet the standard. Brent runs controlled parking on many of the estate roads, so a permit bay or a short wait for a visitor space is common, and a long carry from a distant bay eats into the time on the job because the tank and kit ferry from the van each visit.
