Parking and access
Parking is a genuine operational fact here. Hackney extended the Zone T controls around Cazenove and the streets south of Cazenove Road, so a lot of the terraced roads are permit-only in the daytime, and because we carry racks and trays out to the van we plan the visit around whichever bay we can use near your door. The Broadway is tight too, with kosher shops and the Kedassia office at number 140 keeping the kerb busy.
How the dip-tank clean works
Shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in the heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so no chemical smell is left. We split the door where the design allows and heat-test before signing off. A single takes about ninety minutes. For the range cookers common in the big houses, our range oven cleaning covers the 90cm models.

Said after the sign-off
Very satisfied with the service. They were slightly late at first but I got a call from customer service to let me know, and it was all fine. The oven man, as he called himself, arrived and worked very hard for a couple of hours. My oven now looks like it has never been used.
