Yes. The seam runs through the middle of St Johns and it makes no difference to the price or the booking.
The kitchen is a small back addition. Is that a problem?
No, and it is why the tank lives in the van. Racks, shelves, trays and side runners go out to soak, so the only work in the room is the cavity, fan cover and door glass, by hand.
Will it smell afterwards?
It should not. Nothing caustic is brought indoors, and the products used by hand leave no fume.
How long does a single oven take?
About ninety minutes. It is switched on and heat-tested before it is signed off.
