Is my freestanding cooker a double or a range?
Rough rule: a standard double is about 60cm wide and sits in a run of units, while a range is wider, usually 90cm or more, and stands on its own. If in doubt, a photo settles it before we arrive.
Do you clean cast-iron two-oven cookers?
Yes, priced at £143. We work the enamel and cast surfaces by hand with non-caustic products, so nothing gets stripped that should not be.
Can you come at a weekend?
Yes, seven days a week. Weekend slots in SW18 and SW19 go quickly, so book a few days ahead for a Saturday.
Do I need to do anything first?
Just clear the worktop nearest the cooker and leave it cool. We bring the water and power for the tank in the van.
