Most of our Shoreditch bookings are the warehouse conversions off Redchurch Street and the flats around Arnold Circus, where the kitchen is one integrated oven built into a run of units. Parking and the ultra low emission streets
Parking is the real operational fact here. Hackney runs an ultra low emission streets scheme in the City Fringe covering Tabernacle Street, Singer Street, Cowper Street, Charlotte Road and Rivington Street, and it bites from 7am to 10am and again 4pm to 7pm on weekdays, so a service van without a permit gets a penalty if it enters during those windows. Yes. We book those addresses outside the 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm windows so the van is not caught by the cameras. It makes no difference to your price.
My flat has a single integrated oven built into the units. Can you still do it?
That is the most common oven we see in the new conversions here. It stays in place; we take out the racks and runners for the tank and clean the cavity, fan cover and glass by hand. A single takes about ninety minutes.
Can you do a same-week end-of-tenancy clean for a letting agent?
