Kerr and Co, James Hayes and Foxtons all let heavily around the green, and students and young professionals move in and out on the summer cycle, so much of what we do is the check-out clean. The dip-tank finish is what agents want signed off on the inventory. For a flat with one built-in oven, the single oven clean is the job to book.
What we actually do
Racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in a heated tank in the van. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, so no chemical smell is left in a small flat. The oven is heat-tested before we leave.
Parking around the green
W12 is a controlled parking zone and the streets near Westfield and the green fill fast, so we park within the zone and carry parts to and from the van. It adds a few minutes on a busy day and nothing to the price.

Can you do a same-week end-of-tenancy oven near Goldhawk Road?
Usually yes. We work seven days, so we can often fit a check-out oven in before the inventory clerk arrives. Book a couple of days ahead in the summer moving season if you can.
Do you clean ovens in the White City Estate flats?
Yes. The estate ovens are mostly compact singles, and we carry the parts down to the van and back ourselves, stairs and all.
Is there a call-out fee for W12?
No. Shepherd's Bush is inside the North and South Circular, so there is no call-out fee.
Will the products smell in a small flat?
No. The hand-cleaning indoors is non-caustic, which is the point in a one-bed conversion where the kitchen and the bedroom share the same air.
