The streets south of the station fall in the Seven Sisters South zone, which runs pay and display Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm at about £1.60 an hour, so a weekday clean means the technician pays to park while the van sits outside your door, and it is worth flagging the closest space when you book. Can you clean an oven for an end-of-tenancy check?
Yes. We do a lot of these in the N15 conversions. The oven is heat-tested and signed off before we leave, which is usually what the inventory wants.
Do you clean the hob and extractor at the same time?
Yes. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28, added to the oven price in one visit.
