Most of our Romford Town work is integrated single ovens in the town-centre flats. The Brewery complex off Waterloo Road and newer blocks like Galliard's Papermill House have added hundreds of apartments in the last few years, and those kitchens run compact fitted ovens rather than freestanding cookers. A built-in single is £77 and takes about ninety minutes. We slide it out where we can, split the door for the inner glass, and soak the racks and trays in the heated tank in the van.

Romford Town has a fast rental market. A two-bed flat here lets for what a one-bed costs in Stratford, so tenants move often and the end-of-tenancy oven clean is our steadiest job in RM1. Parking around the market and the ring road
The town centre is where parking bites. We tend to use the Mercury Mall car park at Mercury Gardens, which holds over 400 spaces, or the Town Hall car park on Main Road, then carry the tank kit the short walk to a flat near Market Place or South Street. Romford station sits on the Elizabeth line and Greater Anglia, so the streets round it fill early. Romford is Outer London and outside the ULEZ, so no daily charge applies to a visit here.

Do you clean integrated ovens in the town-centre flats?
Yes, that is most of what we do in RM1. We ease the oven out of its housing where the fitting allows, clean it, and refit it. If it is fixed we still reach the cavity, glass and racks in place.
Can you do a same-week end-of-tenancy clean?
Usually. We work seven days, and if your check-out is close we can often fit the oven in within a day or two. Book early if your tenancy end date is fixed.
Is Romford inside the ULEZ?
No. Romford is Outer London and falls outside the ULEZ boundary, so there is no daily charge tied to your visit.
What if I have a hob and extractor as well?
We clean both on the same visit. A hob is £23–28 and an extractor hood is £28.
