How the clean works
The racks, shelves, trays and side runners lift out and soak in a heated dip tank in the van, so the smelly part happens outside your kitchen. The cavity, fan cover and door glass are degreased by hand indoors with non-caustic products, and the door is split where the design allows. Nothing caustic is left in the oven. It is heat-tested and signed off before we leave.

Parking is a real operational fact here, because parts ferry between the kitchen and the tank. Controlled zones cover most residential streets in Richmond, Twickenham, Kew and Barnes, several running short late-morning windows aimed at commuters and day visitors. Kew has the added pressure of Kew Gardens traffic, and on match and concert days the roads by Twickenham Stadium fall under an event-day zone that suspends normal bays.
