In the small Census area that takes in Richmond Hill Court, Cardigan Mansions, Hillbrow and Star & Garter House (Richmond upon Thames 008A), 53.7% of the 764 households lived in a purpose-built block of flats and 21.6% in a converted house. Only about one in six had a whole house.
