Putney Bridge station sits on the Fulham bank, next to Fulham High Street and the New Kings Road, and it opened in 1880 as Putney Bridge and Fulham before spending thirty years called Putney Bridge and Hurlingham. That name change tells you where the work is. Most of our SW6 bookings this side of the river are mansion-block flats, the Grade II listed Hurlingham Court and the Ranelagh Mansions type of building, plus the Victorian terraces off the New Kings Road.
Mansion-block kitchens are their own problem
Galley layout, usually a period conversion, usually one integrated single oven wedged under a worktop with a hood above it that recirculates rather than vents outside, and that hood is nearly always dirtier than the oven it sits over. An extractor hood clean is £28 on top of the £77 single. The hard part is not the cleaning. It is the stairs.
Parking, and Fulham at home
All of this is controlled parking, all of it is inside ULEZ, and the A219 over the bridge is no place to leave a van. Craven Cottage is about a kilometre up the river, so on a Fulham home match the streets around Bishop's Park and Fulham Palace go from awkward to hopeless. Tell us if you are near the ground and we will avoid the kick-off. Weekday mornings are the easy slot.

Do you clean ovens in the mansion blocks with no lift?
Yes. It is normal work for us in SW6. The parts go to the van, the cavity and door glass are done by hand in the kitchen with non-caustic products.
How long will a single take?
About ninety minutes. A double is nearer two hours.
Can you do an end-of-tenancy clean at short notice?
Often, including Saturdays and Sundays. Fulham letting agents book us against a check-out time, so give us the time and we work back from it.
Will the flat smell of chemicals afterwards?
No. Nothing caustic comes indoors. That is the point of the tank in the van.
