Most of our Peckham work splits along one line. West of Rye Lane it is Victorian terraces, the streets around Choumert Road and Bellenden Road, laid out in the 1870s on what had been fruit gardens. How we clean it

A controlled parking zone covers much of central Peckham, and the whole of SE15 is now inside the London-wide ULEZ, so on a terraced street near Peckham Rye or Queen's Road the van may end up a short walk from the door. That does not change anything. The parts travel to the tank and back either way.

Do you do move-out cleans for letting agents in Peckham?
Yes, all the time. We clean the oven to inventory standard so it passes the check-out report, and we work seven days to fit the key date.
Will the flat smell of chemicals after?
No. The soaking happens in the van and the cavity is hand-cleaned with non-caustic products, so a small flat is fine to use straight away.

Can you park on my street?
Usually near enough. If the zone bays are full we park close and carry the parts, which does not change the clean or the price.
