Osidge was open farmland until Davis Estates built it out in the mid-1930s, and that one wave of building is why the housing is so uniform. Osidge Lane and Hampden Way, which meet at the Hampden Square roundabout, are lines of near-identical interwar semi-detached houses, so the kitchen we walk into is usually the same shape: a single freestanding or built-under oven, a gas or electric hob beside it, and a fitted worktop that has seen forty years of Sunday roasts. Parking off Osidge Lane
Most of the estate roads are still uncontrolled, so the van parks outside the house and the carry to the tank is short. It is only near Southgate tube, a Piccadilly line stop just to the south with a Chase Side car park and proposed waiting restrictions, that kerb space gets tight. For a house up by Oak Hill Park the parking is rarely a problem at all.

Yes. Age is not a problem. The heavier the carbon, the more the tank soak earns its keep, and we heat-test it before we leave.
Do you charge extra for the Osidge area?
No. Prices are fixed on the phone with no premium-area surcharge, and there is no call-out fee inside the North and South Circular.
Can you clean the oven and hob together?
